Terms of Service

These terms cover your purchase and use of The Do-Over Planner and its add-ons. They're written to be read, not to hide things.

What you're buying

The Do-Over Planner, the Focus Menu Pack, and the Full System Vault are digital products: PDF planners, templates, and companion files delivered as instant downloads. After payment you get download links on-screen and, when email delivery is enabled, a delivery email with the same links. There is no account to create; keep your links and files safe.

Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, single-user license. You may use the materials for your own personal planning, on any of your own devices, and print your own copies for your own use.

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly post the files or their contents.
• Use the materials to build, train, or market a competing product or service.
• Claim resale, PLR, or white-label rights. None are granted.

What we promise, and what we don't

The Do-Over Planner is a planning tool. It organizes your day; it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical or therapeutic advice for any condition. We do not make medical claims. Results from using a planner depend on you and how you use it.

The one guarantee we do make is financial: if you're not happy within 30 days, you get your money back. See the Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for anything arising from your purchase or use of the products is capped at the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Delivery and support

Delivery is instant and digital. If a download link fails or an email doesn't arrive, contact info@mycreator.it and we'll fix it.

Governing law and your consumer rights

These terms are governed by Italian law. However, if you buy as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protections of the country or state where you live still apply and are not reduced by these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
