Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you buy The Do-Over Planner, why we collect it, and what your rights are. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell you a PDF and email it to you, and we don't sell your data to anyone.

Who we are

The seller and data controller is My Creator, Italy, VAT IT 12433831000. You can reach us at info@mycreator.it. We are an Italian business selling to customers worldwide, primarily in the United States.

What we collect

• Your email address (and your name, if you provide it) at checkout.
• Order data: what you bought, when, the amount paid, and the delivery status of your download links.
• Basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) generated by our hosting provider to run and secure the site.
• Advertising measurement signals attached to your order record: your IP address, your browser user-agent, and the identifiers from Meta's own cookies (_fbp and _fbc) if they are present. We use them only to measure which of our ads led to a purchase.

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see your full card number.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe (payments): processes your card and payment details under its own privacy policy and PCI-DSS.
• Resend (email): delivers your purchase email and order-related messages to the address you gave us.
• Our hosting provider: runs the website and stores order records.
• Meta (advertising measurement): when measurement is active for you, we share your IP address, your browser user-agent, Meta's cookies described below, and a cryptographically hashed version of your email address, so Meta can tell us which ads worked. Meta cannot read your email address from that hash.

Stripe, Resend and our hosting provider process data on our behalf and under contract. Meta is different: for the advertising measurement described above it acts as an independent controller under its own terms, not as our processor. We don't share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.

Cookies and tracking

Checkout needs a small number of essential cookies, plus one that remembers the choice you make about the measurement described below. Those are always on: without them the site can't take your order or remember your preference.

We also use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. It sets Meta's own cookies (_fbp and _fbc) and reports events such as viewing the sales page, starting checkout, and completing a purchase. We send a copy of the purchase event to Meta from our own server too (Meta's Conversions API), so the measurement survives ad blockers and closed tabs. They are two routes for the same measurement, not two separate ones.

If you are in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, none of that loads until you accept it. We ask you on your first visit, nothing Meta-related runs while the question is unanswered or if you decline, and you can change your mind at any time from the "Cookie choices" link in the footer. Where the law does not require prior consent, advertising measurement is on by default and the same link lets you turn it off.

When you decline, or before you have answered, no Meta script is loaded and no purchase event is sent to Meta from our server either.

How long we keep your data

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to (for Italian businesses, typically up to 10 years). Email addresses used for delivery are kept as part of the order record. We don't keep anything longer than we need to.

Your rights

If you're in the EU or your data is otherwise covered by the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (GDPR articles 15 to 21). You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you're in California or another US state with a privacy law: we do not sell or share your personal information as those laws define it. We honor access and deletion requests regardless of where you live.

International transfers

We are based in the EU; most of our customers and some of our providers (like Stripe and Resend) are in the United States. Where personal data moves between the EU and the US, we rely on standard contractual safeguards and our providers' recognized transfer mechanisms.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly.
